"Exceptionally welcoming and positive experience, from intake through checkout. Since our favorite vet retired, we've been trying-out different places, and I have zero reservations about going back to Westlake. Reception is responsive, efficient, and friendly, the tech and vet immediately connected with me, like we've known each other for years, and walked me through *options,* didn't rush to aggressive treatments -- all were fully discussed with pros/cons -- and fees were very fair."
